About me and my therapy practice

People often describe me as warm, kind, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy should be a space where nothing is off limits 鈥 where you can bring your thoughts, feelings, fears, and experiences without worrying about judgment. Creating that sense of safety and openness is at the heart of how I work.

I work with women across many different stages of life, supporting clients through low self-worth, depression, feeling lost, relationship difficulties, loneliness, past trauma, and shame. I feel deeply privileged to walk alongside people during both the painful and meaningful moments in their lives.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing clients begin to trust themselves again, build confidence, and celebrate their wins 鈥 no matter how small they may seem. At the same time, I value being able to sit with people through grief, uncertainty, and difficult emotions without trying to rush or 鈥渇ix鈥 them.

My approach is person-centred and grounded in the therapeutic relationship. I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted for who they are.

Practice description

In our therapy sessions, we create a space where you can show up exactly as you are 鈥 without judgment or pressure. Together, we explore what is happening in your life right now, while gently looking at the experiences and patterns that may be shaping how you feel about yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, with space for both the difficult moments and the wins along the way.

Our work together is grounded in warmth, honesty, and trust. Some sessions may involve talking through painful emotions or past experiences, while others may focus on building confidence, understanding your needs, setting boundaries, or reconnecting with yourself. Above all, therapy with me is collaborative 鈥 we work together to help you feel more understood, supported, and connected to yourself.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation where we can talk about what鈥檚 brought you to therapy and what you might need.

This is also a chance for you to get a sense of me and how I work鈥攖here鈥檚 no obligation to continue, just an opportunity to see if it feels like the right fit.
