About me and my therapy practice

You might find yourself overthinking, doubting yourself, or feeling unsure in your relationships. Perhaps you’re often putting others first, or noticing patterns that keep repeating but leave you feeling stuck or drained.

You may be used to coping on your own, but it’s starting to feel exhausting— or you’re not even sure exactly what’s wrong, just that something doesn’t feel right.

You don’t need to have clear answers or know where to begin. I offer a calm, supportive space where we can explore what’s going on for you together, at a pace that feels right, without pressure to find solutions or be any different than you are.

I work in a person-centred way, which means I won’t direct or lead you, but will be alongside you—listening carefully, offering understanding, and supporting you to make sense of your experiences in your own way. Therapy can be a place to gently untangle things together, like easing apart a tangled ball of yarn, one thread at a time.

Practice description

I’m a ÌÇÐĹÙÍø-qualified therapist with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I currently offer online therapy.

I often work with women who are struggling with low self-worth, difficult or confusing relationships, or the lasting impact of past experiences. You might find yourself questioning your feelings, overthinking interactions, or repeating patterns in relationships that are hard to shift.

Rather than focusing on labels, I focus on understanding you as a person—your experiences, your relationships, and what feels important to you.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation where we can talk about what’s brought you to therapy and what you might need.

This is also a chance for you to get a sense of me and how I work—there’s no obligation to continue, just an opportunity to see if it feels like the right fit.
