Practice description

Your story matters.

I am committed to working with you.

Creating a safe, supportive space where you can be heard, understood, and empowered.

Grounded in the core humanistic values of empathy, authenticity, and respect for your unique lived experience, my approach adapts to meet you, ‘where you are’.

I support clients through everyday life challenges as well as more complex emotional experiences, offering a thoughtful and understanding space to explore whatever feels important to you.

I use a blend of therapeutic approaches, and we adjust together as your needs evolve, always prioritising understanding, empathy, and empowerment. My training in humanistic psychology enriches my humanistic counselling, helping me identify patterns and possibilities that allow for deeper relational exploration, clarity, and self-discovery.

When we work together, the focus gently shifts from feeling overwhelmed to feeling more manageable, moving at a pace you set while we name what matters most. Our work may include you 'checking in’ to see how we are progressing, deep exploration, and practical interventions to try between sessions. I use gentle curiosity alongside science to support you in navigating anxiety, grief, mood shifts, relationship stresses, and the wider demands of life.

I have extensive experience working with young adults, supporting them through the distinct challenges that can arise during this stage of life, including identity, life transitions, academic or career pressures, relationships, and emotional wellbeing. I also work with adults, offering the same collaborative and supportive therapeutic space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change.

Clear professional boundaries and confidentiality are central to my practice, helping to create a relationship built on trust, safety, and respect, where you can speak openly and feel supported.
