About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Cam, an integrative therapist based in the City of London. My therapeutic style is collaborative, respectful, and down-to-earth, and I believe together we can work to establish meaningful change.
I specialise in working with people through the lasting effects of trauma, as well as issues related to trust, shame, identity, intimacy, and emotional safety. Zooming out to understand the full picture of what makes every person unique and what makes you yourself. Having lived in the Middle East for several years, I bring a unique global perspective to my practice.
If you are dealing with the effects of stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, or trauma, or still carrying the impact of past experiences, feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who you are or how you relate to others, I believe I can help.
