About me and my therapy practice

I offer online counselling for adults, with particular experience and interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent people, and those exploring identity, relationships and life changes.

I work collaboratively with clients to create a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. My approach is primarily person-centred and trauma-informed, drawing on relational and integrative ways of working to support you in understanding yourself, your emotions and your patterns.

I recognise that our wellbeing is shaped not only by our personal experiences, but also by our relationships, communities and wider social circumstances. I aim to provide an inclusive space where diverse identities, relationships and ways of being are respected.

Practice description

I offer online counselling for adults across the UK, providing a supportive and inclusive space where you can explore your experiences, emotions and relationships at your own pace.

My approach is primarily person-centred and trauma-informed. I believe therapy works best when it is built on a trusting relationship where you feel heard, respected and understood. I work collaboratively with you to explore your experiences, understand patterns that may have developed over time, and support you in finding your own way forward.

I have a particular interest in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent adults, and people exploring identity, sexuality, gender, relationships or life experiences that may not always fit traditional expectations. I welcome people from diverse backgrounds, including those in ethical non-monogamous or polyamorous relationships, and those seeking a sex-positive and kink-aware therapeutic space.

I have experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, addiction and life transitions. I recognise that our wellbeing is shaped not only by our personal experiences, but also by our relationships, communities and wider social circumstances.

My aim is to offer a respectful, non-judgemental and anti-oppressive space where you can better understand yourself, develop self-compassion and explore what matters most to you.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation via video call. This is an opportunity for us to briefly discuss what has brought you to therapy, what you are hoping for from counselling, and whether we feel we would be a good fit to work together.

If we decide to continue, our first full session will be a chance to explore your reasons for seeking therapy in more depth, discuss your background and what feels important for us to understand, and begin thinking together about what you would like to work towards.

There is no expectation that you need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are and take things at a pace that feels right for you.
