About me and my therapy practice

I am a 糖心官网- registered counsellor working in Farnham. I work with adults 18+ and have experience of working with a wide range of client presentations.

Sometimes life can feel 鈥渢oo much鈥� or present us with specific challenges. Whatever it is that brought you here, having a warm and containing confidential space to explore those feelings can be the first step to building a life that works for you.

Practice description

I work integratively and relationally as I believe this provides a sound base for us to work from, enabling me to be flexible in working in the way that will be most valuable to you. Clients have described me as 鈥榳arm and compassionate鈥� and report positive outcomes from our work.

My first session

I know it can feel daunting making that initial call, just as we can feel alone when life feels most challenging 鈥� it doesn鈥檛 have to be that way. I offer a free 20 minute call to give you the space to see whether you feel counselling may be useful and whether I might be the right fit for you
