About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist specialising in anxiety, overthinking, stress, and recovery. I support clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or affected by past experiences that continue to impact their daily lives.
My approach combines understanding and practical support, helping clients make sense of their difficulties while developing healthier ways to cope and move forward.
Alongside my professional training, I also understand personally how anxiety can affect everyday life. Having worked through anxiety myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel, but I also know that change is possible. This allows me to offer therapy with both professional knowledge and genuine empathy.
My aim is to provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Practice description

I offer a calm, supportive, and collaborative space where therapy is tailored to your individual needs. Some clients benefit from deeper reflection and understanding, while others prefer more practical strategies and structured support. Often, therapy involves a balance of both.
Sessions are available online, making therapy accessible and flexible around your daily life.
My first session
Your first session is an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to therapy and what support you are looking for. We will talk about your current difficulties, any goals you may have, and the areas of your life you would like to better understand or improve.
Many people feel nervous before starting therapy, especially if it is their first experience, which is completely natural. There is no pressure to share everything at once, and we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Online sessions are simple and easy to access. As long as you have a device with a camera, such as a phone, tablet, iPad, or laptop, you can attend sessions from your own space. On the morning of your appointment, I will email you a secure link for the session. There is no need to download any software or use complicated systems, simply click the link when your session begins.
The first session is also a chance for you to ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and decide whether therapy with me feels like the right fit for you.
