About me and my therapy practice
I am a trauma-informed integrative counsellor and NARM Master Therapist, specialising in working with the effects of developmental, attachment and complex trauma.
Whether you are looking for support in a calm and grounded space to help you navigate through life's current challenges, or are looking for a deeper exploration into recurring patterns or themes in your life, the sessions are always led by you and tailored to what it is you want for yourself.
Practice description
In our sessions together, we can explore the patterns that formed in early life, and that continue to shape your adult experiences, potentially affecting relationships, self-worth, shame, boundaries, addictions, anxiety and depression, reconnecting you to a more authentic sense of self and greater vitality.
My first session
I offer a free 20 min introductory phone call so we can meet and get to know each other, and you can ask any questions about the sessions.
Our first session is a chance to get an overview of what is happening for you in your life, and what you would like for yourself from our time together.
