About me and my therapy practice
You might look like you’re coping. Holding things together at work, in friendships or family life. But underneath, it can feel very different. You may feel stuck in patterns in relationships, caught in rumination or regret, or questioning yourself. There can be a quiet sense that something isn’t quite right, or that something about you is flawed. You might long for closeness but feel anxious or unsure how to trust it. Often, this connects back to earlier attachment wounds or emotional neglect, leaving you disconnected from yourself, unsure what you need, and tired of repeating the same patterns.
Reaching out can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve tried therapy before or are used to managing things on your own. We can go gently. I offer a relaxed, non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and feel understood. If this resonates, you’re very welcome to get in touch and see if it feels like the right fit for you.
Practice description
I work in a calm, collaborative way, combining talk therapy with body-based therapy. Using Lifespan Integration, somatic work and/or ACT, we gently process past experiences so your nervous system can begin to register that the past is over. We go at your pace, helping you step out of rumination and towards a life that feels more steady and meaningful.
I work online and in-person in two locations: Cherry Tree Therapy in east London/Essex and at Rooms for Therapists in west Hampstead.
