About me and my therapy practice
I offer online therapy for people who want to explore what is happening in their lives, make sense of difficult experiences, or consider what they would like to change.
I believe therapy works best when it is shaped around the individual. I take time to understand your perspective, what matters to you, and how we can work together in a way that feels useful and relevant.
My approach is thoughtful and flexible, drawing on different therapeutic models to support our work together. Online sessions offer the opportunity to access therapy in a way that fits with your life, from a place where you feel comfortable.

Practice description
Finding a therapist who feels like the right fit matters. I offer a thoughtful and collaborative approach, taking time to understand your experiences, your perspective, and what has brought you to therapy.
I am interested in the things that sit beneath the surface — the patterns you may have noticed, the emotions that feel difficult to navigate, and the experiences that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others.
We will work together to find an approach that feels relevant to you, creating space to explore, question, and develop a clearer understanding of yourself and what you need.
Working online means therapy can take place in a way that fits more naturally into your life. You can access sessions from a space where you feel comfortable, without the added pressure of travelling or rearranging your day. For many people, this creates the opportunity to make time for themselves and engage in therapy in a way that feels manageable and consistent.
My first session
Before we begin therapy, I offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory call. This gives us the opportunity to meet briefly, talk about what has brought you to therapy, and explore whether we feel we would be a good fit to work together.
Following this call, I will send you some standard forms to complete before we start. These help me to understand a little more about you and what you would like support with, so that we can make the most of our time together.
Our first therapy session is 50 minutes, as with all ongoing sessions. This is where we begin to explore what you would like from therapy and start building a way of working that feels right for you.
