About me and my therapy practice

 I’m a person-centred counsellor who blends psychodynamic principles into my work. I truly believe that everyone has the potential for growth and self-understanding, and I’m here to help you discover that within yourself.

In our sessions, my top priority is to create a warm and supportive environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings freely. I know that the therapeutic relationship is incredibly important, so I aim to build trust and openness. You should feel safe exploring your emotions and experiences without any fear of judgment.

Through psychodynamic techniques, I’ll help you gain insights into your unconscious patterns and how your past may be shaping your present. This journey can lead to a deeper understanding of yourself and empower you to make meaningful changes in your life.

I’m really looking forward to our first session together! Here’s what you can expect:

Introductory Rate: To help you get started, I offer a special introductory rate for our first session. It’s a wonderful opportunity to see if my approach feels right for you.

Getting to Know You: In our first session , we’ll spend some time getting to know each other. I’ll ask you to complete a brief assessment to help me understand your background, concerns, and what you hope to achieve. This will help us build a solid foundation for our work together.

Setting Goals Together: I believe in teamwork! We’ll discuss your goals for therapy and how we can work together to reach them. Your input is essential to this process.

Sharing Your Story: I encourage you to share your story and any challenges you’re facing. Your experiences are important, and understanding them helps me support you better as we move forward.

Open Dialogue: If you have any questions or concerns about the process, please feel free to ask. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable and informed as we begin this journey together.
