About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified London based Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, Counsellor and registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Pyschotherapists (ÌÇÐĹÙÍø). As well as a busy private practice, I am also a visiting clinician and assessor at the world renowned Tavistock Relationships. I also hold a Msc in Psychology from London Metropolitan University.
I support couples and individuals navigate life, love and loss.
I provide a supportive and confidential space to explore what’s what’s troubling you, what’s holding you back.
I welcome people from any background, identity and orientation and will provide a space where you can be exactly who you are, free of judgement.
I believe therapy is an investment in you, in your relationships, and your long-term happiness. When you invest in therapy, you’re choosing a healthier future for yourself and those around you: breaking old patterns, gaining clarity, and building the resilience and self-understanding you need to thrive for years to come.
Practice description
I work together with you to explore how your past experiences, especially early relationships, and unconscious patterns of behaviour shape the way you think, feel and behave today.
I will help guide these unconscious behaviours into awareness so you can make empowered, healthier choices.
Couples therapy
Every relationship encounters periods of challenge, change, and growth. I offer a calm, confidential space where both partners can feel heard, understood, and supported as they work towards a stronger, more connected relationship. Whether you are navigating communication difficulties, recurring conflicts, life transitions, intimacy concerns, or the impact of a painful experience, I can provide an opportunity to explore these issues with care and guidance.
Rather than focusing on blame, the process encourages compassion, insight, and meaningful change, helping you build a relationship that feels more secure, fulfilling, and resilient. My aim is to help you to build lasting foundations for trust, closeness, and mutual respect, allowing your relationship to thrive both now and in the future.
Key areas I focus on are:
* Emotional connection & intimacy
* Trust, betrayal & repair
* Life transitions & stress
* Attachment & family patterns
* Conflict around finances, careers & life goals
* Sexual wellbeing
Individual therapy
Sometimes we can feel stuck without fully understanding why.
I can help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences to gain a deeper understanding of yourself. I can help you make sense of difficulties and develop healthier ways of coping and relating to others.
It can help with issues such as:
* Anxiety and stress
* Depression
* Trauma and PTSD
* Relationship problems
* Grief and loss
* Low self-esteem
* Anger management
* Life transitions and personal growth
