About me and my therapy practice
Life can be tough. Whether you’re struggling with the demands of daily life, stressed with work, having difficulty dealing with anxiety, depression or relationship issues, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and alone. Sometimes we turn to habits that although offer a quick fix, don't really help and we can end up feeling guilty and ashamed.
I offer a calm and confidential space where you can make sense of those feelings and begin to see yourself with more understanding and kindness.
My values of empathy & social justice align with a passion for helping others navigate through change, their healing journey. I believe in the innate power we each possess to change and grow, it’s just that we might need a little help to see this in ourselves sometimes.
Finding the right counsellor matters, so I offer a free discovery call to help you decide if I’m a good fit. Sessions usually take place weekly and are for 50 minutes and are available in Brighton, Hove, London and online.

Practice description
Providing an empathetic and supportive environment where you can speak openly and safely about whatever you’re feeling, free from judgement. Even the most uncomfortable emotions become easier to understand when they’re explored with care, curiosity and support.
Pluralistic counselling means that different therapy approaches can be integrated, depending on your preference/need such as cognitive behavioural, psychodynamic or IFS. We might look at patterns that keep showing up in your life or explore specific triggers and work on practical ways to cope. Many people find it helpful to revisit past experiences and reframe them with greater compassion and acceptance. Often speaking them aloud in a safe space and recognising that they are valid and human can make them easier to understand and process. This can lead to greater empowerment, confidence and resilience which assist meaningful and lasting change.
My experience includes issues including trauma, self-esteem, grief, anxiety, depression, substance use, domestic abuse, chronic illness and relationship challenges.
The therapy I offer is trauma informed, so you can be assured that you will be understood supported and empowered in your therapeutic journey.
Sometimes, it’s simply about having that time each week that is just for you!
