About me and my therapy practice
I use integrative counselling and psychotherapy in 1-to-1, online sessions. As an integrative therapist, I have a wide range of tools for working with a wide range of clients - I'm confident that we can find a way of working together that suits your needs. My work is rooted in feminism, inclusivity and safety, and empathy is at the centre of everything I do.
Whether you're experiencing anxiety and/or depression, you've experienced trauma in your past, or you're not quite sure what's happening but you know you need to talk, we can create a space for you to work through it all at your pace.
My first session
In our first 15-minute session (free of charge), we'll talk briefly about what it is you're looking for from counselling, and I'll let you know a bit more about my practice and who I am as a therapist. Together, we'll work out whether this feels like a good fit for you, and we'll go from there.
