About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Charity Johnstone, founder of TWC Counselling and Wellbeing.
I am an Integrative Counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and groups through life’s challenges. I believe that every person has a unique story, and my approach is tailored to meet your individual needs, experiences, and goals.
I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, grief, anger, stress, or life transitions, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and understanding.
My integrative approach draws from a range of therapeutic models, allowing me to work collaboratively with you in a way that feels meaningful and effective. I believe that healing and personal growth happen when people feel truly heard, accepted, and empowered.

Practice description
At TWC Counselling and Wellbeing, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for Individuals from the ages of 17+ years and group therapy where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I understand that life can be challenging, and sometimes talking to someone can make a real difference.
Using an integrative approach, I tailor counselling to your individual needs, helping you gain greater self-awareness, build resilience, improve relationships, and navigate life’s difficulties with confidence.
I support adults with a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, identity issues, relationship challenges, grief, loss, and personal growth.
Our aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.

With the initial assessment, I offer the first half hour free, this will allow us to decide a way forward.
