Face-to-face sessions are held at Airport House in Croydon, in a private and comfortable therapy space. Online sessions are also available for clients who prefer the convenience and flexibility of working remotely.
Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £65 per session. I also offer a free 15-minute initial consultation, giving us an opportunity to briefly discuss what you are looking for from therapy, answer any questions you may have, and consider whether I might be the right therapist for you.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. My aim is to provide a warm, professional and reassuring space where you can feel heard, understood and able to explore what may be bringing you to therapy at your own pace.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an Integrative Relational Therapist who believes that therapy begins with feeling heard, understood and accepted for who you are. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore the experiences, emotions and patterns that may be affecting your life.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches and tailor the work to you as an individual, rather than believing that one approach fits everyone. My work is informed by person-centred and relational therapy, attachment, trauma-informed practice, emotional regulation, Gestalt techniques and parts-based work, including exploring the inner child and the different parts of ourselves that develop in response to life experiences.
I am particularly interested in working with trauma, attachment difficulties, anxiety, depression, relationships, low self-esteem, shame, childhood experiences, abuse, life transitions and difficulties with emotional regulation. I recognise that sometimes the things we struggle with today can be connected to experiences from our past, even when we don't fully understand the connection.
The relationship we build together is central to my work. I believe trust, honesty and genuine connection create the foundation for meaningful therapeutic change. I will listen without judgement, but I also believe therapy is about more than simply being heard. When appropriate, I will gently challenge you to look at patterns, beliefs and behaviours that may no longer be serving you.
My own life experiences have also shaped my understanding of how trauma, shame and difficult experiences can affect the way we see ourselves and relate to others. I bring this understanding to my practice while keeping the focus firmly on you and your individual journey.
We can start wherever you are, at your pace, and work together towards greater understanding, self-compassion and meaningful change

Practice description

My practice offers a warm, private and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Whether you attend face-to-face at Airport House in Croydon or online, I aim to create an environment where you feel heard, respected and free from judgement.

You may be coming to therapy because you feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious or disconnected, or because something from your past continues to affect your relationships, emotions or sense of self. You may simply know that something needs to change but aren't sure where to begin. You don't need to have all the answers before you start.

I offer a collaborative approach, working with you rather than telling you what you should do. During our initial work together, we can explore what has brought you to therapy, what you would like to understand or change, and what you hope to gain from the process. We will then work together at a pace that feels appropriate for you. I will never expect you to discuss something before you feel ready.

My practice is grounded in confidentiality, respect and genuine therapeutic connection. I believe therapy can provide an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, recognise patterns that may have developed through past experiences, and begin to develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Therapy may be short-term or longer-term, depending on your individual circumstances and needs. I may gently challenge you when I feel it could help you see something differently, while always respecting your autonomy and choices.

My aim is not simply to help you cope, but to support you in developing greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, self-compassion and confidence, so that meaningful and lasting change can begin.

Taking the first step can feel daunting. You don't have to do it alone.

My first session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to meet, begin to build a therapeutic relationship and explore what has brought you to therapy. I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, so there is no expectation that you will arrive knowing exactly what to say or where to begin.

Before your first therapy session, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. This gives us an opportunity to briefly talk about what you are looking for, answer any questions you may have and consider whether working together feels like the right fit.

Your first 50-minute therapy session is charged at the usual £65. We will gently explore what is happening for you now, what you would like support with and anything relevant from your personal history. We may also discuss your relationships, previous experiences of therapy, your hopes for our work together and any goals you may have.

I will complete an initial assessment with you, but this is not an interrogation or a test. It is an opportunity to understand you as a whole person and make sure that the support I offer is appropriate for your needs. We can also discuss confidentiality, its limits and any important safety or safeguarding considerations.

You do not have to tell me your whole story in the first session. We will work at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you. You are always in control of what you choose to share.

Together, we can begin to identify what you would like to understand, change or work towards. We can discuss how frequently you would like to meet and review this as our work develops.

Your first session is not about fixing everything. It is about beginning to understand what has brought you here and creating a safe foundation for our therapeutic work together.

It is completely okay to feel nervous, uncertain or emotional. You don't have to have the right words. We can start wherever you are.
