About me and my therapy practice
I hold a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and a diploma in Supervision. I've been working in a varied private practice for 15 years and also have extensive experience of working in a variety of settings including GPs surgeries, women's centres, and psychiatric rehabilitation services.
I provide one to one, face to face and online sessions. These are usually open ended although a time scale can be set if preferred.
My practice is located between Kentish Town and Tufnell Park. Sessions last for 50 minutes.
Practice description
As an Integrative therapist I pay attention to the mental, emotional, relational, physical and social aspects of your experience and tailor my approach to fit you.
Through working together we will explore your current difficulties, find ways to help you cope, and uncover the links between your past and your present experience. This exploration will give you a deeper understanding of what you are feeling and why, and will enable you to make effective, positive and lasting change.
My first session
During our first session I will want to know why you are seeking therapy at this time, as well as a little of your personal history.
Therapy works best when it is a collaborative process, so the best predictor for a good therapeutic outcome is the relationship formed between client and therapist. This is a very personal and subjective feeling, so it is important that you come away from our first session with a sense of whether you can open up with me or not. If you don't feel that I am the right therapist for you then I will happily refer you to others who you might click with.
Initial sessions are charged at my standard rate.

I offer grounding integrative supervision through an attachment lens, either in person or online - whichever works best for you.
