About me and my therapy practice
ÌÇÐĹÙÍø registered and with over 30 years experience, I offer a safe, non-judgemental and creative space to explore personal or relationship concerns. Psychotherapy can help you to cope better with difficult experiences, to change your behaviours & attitudes, to resolve your problems and to develop resources for a more enriching life.
Relational or couples counselling can help you repair relationships blighted by vicious arguments, affairs, mistrust, sexual issues, control, boredom or a deadening growing apart. Working with me can set your relationship back on course for better, more fulfilling times; or it can ease the difficulties of a breakup.
My long experience has developed in me a compassionate understanding of a breadth of human experience. Humanistic psychotherapy aims to empower and equip you to be your best self. I will integrate other approaches to psychotherapy to help you further. In couples and relational counselling we explore the dynamics between you including communication, attitudes, behaviours & early influences.
Practice description
It can be scary to seek support. I will receive you and your story without judgement and help you explore and resolve problems to suit your values. New parents are welcome to bring their pre-crawling babies. I also offer sessions walking with awareness in the countryside. These can be calming, restorative and enlightening. About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm a very experienced psychotherapist (30+years) and couples counsellor (18 years). I aim that we co-create a professional supervisory relationship that is creative, supportive and encouraging of your growth in your work.
I offer a warm acceptance of you, your desires, strengths and challenges, backed up by my experience in both the therapy world and prior to that as a consumer insight consultant.
I use the seven eyed model, which can be used across different therapy modalities. Through it, we can explore
1 Your client and how they present
2. Interventions
3. Your internal experiences in relation to your client
4. The relationship between you and the client
5. The relationship between you and me and any parallel process
6. My internal experiences (or the groups internal experiences) in relation to your client
7. The wider systems in which the work is happening
Until I complete my supervision training at CSTD London, I'm offering reduced fee supervision to individuals and free supervision to groups.
The online group meets 9.30am to 11.30am on the second Tuesday of each month.
The in person group meets 1pm to 3pm on the third Thursday of the month January to June 2026 in Chipstead, Surrey CR5.
Contact me for further details or a chat about how I could support you.
