About me and my therapy practice
Now welcoming new clients for online therapy across Scotland and the UK.I’m a warm, down to earth therapist offering online therapy for people who feel stuck in long standing emotional patterns or overwhelmed by the weight of caring for others. My approach is gentle, steady and collaborative, creating a space where you can explore the deeper roots of your experiences at your own pace.
I trained at the Metanoia Institute and have worked within the NHS, supporting people through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. This background allows me to offer therapy that is both clinically grounded and deeply human.
I work with issues such as intergenerational trauma, people pleasing, identity based stress and the exhaustion of always being the one who holds everything together. Together, we make sense of your story, reconnect with your needs and develop more compassionate ways of relating to yourself and others.

Practice description
I offer steady, relational therapy that helps you understand long standing emotional patterns and feel more grounded in yourself.
My practice is a calm, supportive space where you can bring whatever feels heavy, confusing or long standing. Many clients come to me feeling unheard, overwhelmed or stuck in familiar emotional loops.
I work relationally, paying close attention to your lived experience, your relationships and the patterns that have shaped your life. Sessions are collaborative and paced gently.
We explore what’s happening in the present while also understanding the deeper context — family dynamics, identity, cultural influences or long held roles such as being the caretaker or peace keeper.
My aim is to help you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself and more able to move forward in a way that feels authentic.
I work exclusively with adults in a talking therapy format. I don’t offer EMDR, couples therapy, or creative/play based approaches.
My first session
Your first session is a gentle, steady space to begin exploring what feels most important.
We take time to explore what has brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for and what feels most pressing right now. I won’t rush you or expect you to have everything figured out — it’s simply a space to begin telling your story and to get a sense of whether we feel like a good fit.
I may ask a few grounding questions to help us understand your background and current circumstances, but the session is led by what feels comfortable for you. I don’t use formal assessments; instead, we focus on building a shared understanding of your needs.
Sessions take place online through a secure platform, offering privacy and ease of access. If you decide to continue, we’ll work at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
