Helping you find clarity, and reclaim your confidence and joy when you鈥檝e been through a lot and are unsure about your next step in life. I combine Eastern Philosophy (especially Buddhism and compassion based mindfulness practices) & Western Psychology.

My first session
In your first coaching and therapy session we'll focus on what you want to get out of this work. Gaining clarity on your desired outcome brings a sense of calm, inspiration and builds forward moving momentum.
Most of my clients don鈥檛 know what they want yet when they start their sessions, but they do have a good understanding of what they don鈥檛 want.
When you鈥檇 like to work together on a psychotherapeutic basis I鈥檒l be conducting a 鈥淟ife History鈥 during our first session. This is a list of questions about your life in general, gathering all the puzzle pieces so to speak. Based on this information I鈥檒l already begin to see what the root causes are to your current challenges, and how to help you overcome them.
