I provide CBT-informed online counselling and psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, panic, emotional overwhelm and work-related pressures.

I work particularly with high-functioning professionals who may appear to cope externally while struggling internally with anxiety, overthinking, exhaustion or emotional stress.

My approach is calm, structured and supportive, integrating CBT-informed strategies with person-centred therapy to help clients better understand patterns, develop practical coping tools and create meaningful long-term change.

I am an experienced ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Accredited Counsellor and BABCP-informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapist offering confidential online therapy for adults in the UK and internationally.

I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients can explore emotional difficulties, life challenges and patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma or relationship issues.

My approach is primarily informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), integrated with person-centred and trauma-informed practice where appropriate. Therapy is collaborative, structured and focused on helping clients develop a clearer understanding of their difficulties, alongside practical strategies to support change.

I work with clients experiencing a wide range of issues including anxiety disorders, depression, burnout, stress, trauma responses, bereavement, self-esteem difficulties and addiction-related concerns. I also support individuals navigating life transitions and periods of emotional overwhelm.

Sessions are delivered online via secure video platforms, offering flexibility and accessibility while maintaining confidentiality and therapeutic safety. Together, we will agree a pace and structure that suits your needs.

At the beginning of therapy, we will discuss your goals and establish a shared understanding of what you would like to achieve. Ongoing sessions are reviewed regularly to ensure therapy remains focused and helpful.

My first session

 The first contact is a brief 15-minute online consultation via Zoom. This initial conversation allows us to explore your current difficulties, what has brought you to therapy, and what you would like to change.

It also provides an opportunity to assess whether online therapy with me is appropriate for your needs and whether we feel comfortable working together.

If we decide to proceed, we will arrange a full therapy session and begin to develop a shared understanding of your goals for treatment. This may include exploring relevant background information and agreeing an initial focus for therapy.

Ongoing sessions are structured, collaborative and typically take place on a weekly basis. We will regularly review progress to ensure therapy remains focused and helpful.

Standard sessions are 50 minutes and are conducted online via a secure video platform.
