I work Monday to Friday and offer flexibility with session dates and times to fit into a busy schedule. I can offer a fixed day and time if needed, or we can be flexible each week depending on your preference.

Most clients come weekly to begin with, and many later move to fortnightly sessions or come as and when they feel they need a session. I purposefully maintain the capacity to be this flexible.

About me and my therapy practice

I have 22 years of experience as a therapist in private practice and corporate settings, and hold an MSc in Psychology and Psychotherapy.

I work in a calm and proactive way to encourage change where needed and provide clear, helpful support. I have significant experience working with burnout, high stress, general anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and issues surrounding self-esteem and confidence.

I also do a lot of work with adults who are either diagnosed or wondering if they may have ADHD or autism tendencies.

Additionally, I focus on burnout prevention and workplace stress, working with clients from the private sector, academics, and healthcare professionals.

My approach bridges psychological emotional insight with practical, biological wellbeing, focusing on how physical exhaustion and stress impact your focus and daily energy.

The sessions are yours to process difficult experiences, work out the goals you want to achieve, identify coping habits that are no longer useful, and look at new ways of building true resilience.

Practice description

Having a background in academic research and psychology teaching, I blend structured strategies with deep relational therapy.

How I work varies between individuals, but I firmly believe that the most important aspect of therapy is creating a safe, trustworthy relationship.

My goal is to ensure relational depth so that you feel fully supported as you begin to explore meaningful change in your life and relationships.
