Finding the right support is a vital decision—I am always happy to chat and help you determine if we are the right fit for your journey.

I work from a discreet garden office facing woodlands.

My first session
From our initial contact, I will work with you to improve whatever situation you find yourself in.
During our first session, we’ll explore what has brought you to seek support and identify the areas you’d like to feel better about. From there, I can determine the best way to help you move forward.
I offer complete flexibility in my sessions — you may find that one session is enough, or you might prefer ongoing support. We can decide together what feels right for you after your first

About me and my therapy practice
I believe good supervision is essential to our growth and development as therapists. I aim to provide a space for exploration, reflection, compassion, and restoration.

I also provide support and supervision to therapists in private practice. Whatever the setting, my focus is on helping you deliver your best work while maintaining a healthy balance in your life.
I’ve also worked alongside several local colleges and larger training organisations, offering support and guidance to those in training, along with a concession rate.
