About me and my therapy practice
A warm and compassionate MÌÇÐĹÙÍø Accredited, Integrative Therapist, with many years experience as both a Therapist and as a Clinical Supervisor.
I offer a welcoming and supportive space to explore experiences of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, work related stress, obsessive behaviours, bereavement, past trauma, family issues and disordered eating.
Practice description
I work with individuals and couples face to face and on line

Parking is available, accessible by bus, train or on foot.
Sessions are offered on a long term or short term basis.

About me and my therapy practice
I'm a fully qualified MÌÇÐĹÙÍø Accredited, Winchester based Integrative Supervisor offering face to face and online Supervision. I also hold Certificates in Couples and Group Therapy. I work with individual Supervisees and Groups.
I draw on the Seven Eyed Model of Supervision alongside different theoretical approaches such as Transactional Analysis, Person Centred, Pyschoanalytic, CBT and Relational perspectives.
I also work as a Supervisor with several Counselling Agencies and in Private Practice.
Practice description
I offer sessions face to face or on line, each session is 50 mins in duration.
