We’re pleased to introduce a new member engagement event designed to strengthen the connection between the organisation and you, our members. This event will be used as a dynamic platform to reflect on the evolving landscape of the counselling and psychotherapy profession, celebrate the achievements of the past year, and, most importantly, amplify the voices of our members.

This network meeting is an exciting opportunity for ÌÇÐĹÙÍø members who work with therapy outdoors, to come together and share experiences, challenges, success stories, business ideas and get to know other therapists.

This workshop will aim to widen your knowledge of the practicalities of private practice and help you work effectively and more confidently to grow and develop a private practice.

2pm afternoon session. An invigilated home-based assessment providing an entry route for members wishing to join the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Register. The computer-based, multiple-choice assessment uses case studies of practice situations to assess the skills, knowledge and abilities required to be a counsellor or psychotherapist. It takes about two hours to complete the assessment.

The purpose of these sessions is to understand and apply an embedded approach to therapeutic practice, where context, normativity/diversity, and universal EDI are embedded by design in self, , therapeutic practice and curriculum (not as an add-on)—referred to as 'Whole-Person' or ‘Whole Solution' Practice. This includes awareness, tools, and skills in embedding social and personal context, normativity, similarity and difference, ‘as standard’ for all clients (as well as becoming more self-aware of your own whole context).
