Looking for support can feel daunting, especially if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, or coping with loss. You may be carrying a lot on your own and unsure where to begin. Reaching out can feel like a big step, and it takes courage to even 鈥�

My role as a therapist is not to provide you with the answers to the issues you are faced with, because I believe you already have the answers. However, with regular therapy sessions, in a safe, quiet and comfortable environment, we can explore this 鈥�

I work as an integrative counsellor, which simply means I don鈥檛 believe one approach fits everyone. I adapt the way I work to suit you, your experiences, and what you鈥檙e hoping to get from therapy. We go at your pace, focusing on what feels most impo鈥�

For individual counselling, I charge £60 per session via Zoom, and £75 per session for face to face counselling. For couples and family therapy, I charge £85 per session via Zoom, and £100 per session for face to face counselling. I am also happy t鈥�

Whether you're navigating life's challenges, feeling overwhelmed, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, I'm here to walk alongside you at your own pace. I offer a safe, warm and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. 鈥�
