I have 23 years experience as a Counsellor in a variety of settings, which include NHS G.P surgeries, Community mental health team, Student Counsellor, Cruse Bereavement Organisation, Private counselling and EAP's. I am located in St Giles in Oxford.

I transitioned into psychotherapy after a successful career in project management, where I became increasingly drawn to the psychological dynamics of individuals and teams. Over time, this passion led to profound personal and professional transformat鈥�
