My name is Natasha for the past 10 years I worked on a one-to -one basis with adults dealing with bereavement ,depression, anxiety, poor mental health,personality disorder or simply ask the question who am I or what is my life direction.My approach i鈥�

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and adhere to their ethical framework. My approach offers both Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mutually agreed on a time-limited or open-ended bas鈥�

I am very mindful of how difficult finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with can be and I offer a calm and compassionate approach, while we gain an understanding of your concerns. My primary therapeutic method is 鈥榩sychodynamic鈥� but I draw o鈥�
