Hi, so nice to have you read my profile! Whoever you are, whatever you are bringing 鈥� you can be yourself with me.  Many psychological crises occur when we feel lost, invalidated, hurt and/or confused. For some, wandering aimlessly through life with 鈥�

As a fully qualified counsellor, I specialise in walk and talk counselling and passionately believe in the positive benefits of being outdoors, for mental health. I am also able to offer face to face counselling sessions in a private therapy room and鈥�

I am a psycho- spiritual counsellor with a masters degree in psychosynthesis psychology. I am able to work creatively and at depth with my clients . I work from my home in Burton On Trent either in person or on line.
