I am a qualified Coach and Therapist offering 1 to 1 and group coaching on therapeutic and business matters.  Coaching will give you clarity, focus and accountability to help you to to achieve the goals you have set for yourself with the psychologica鈥�

My main counselling approach is person centred and my training enables me to use a range of techniques to support you in a safe space, where you can be talk and be heard without fear of judgement. I work empathically with my clients, with the aim of 鈥�

About Me: With 25 years of experience in the NHS as a specialist in bereavement, grief and loss, I am a dedicated and compassionate person centered therapist.  My work is rooted in creating a supportive, sensitive and confidential environment where y鈥�
