Hi, my practice CECE Relational Therapy is based in the North Yorkshire area. I work with individual adults, couples, families, groups and adolescents 13-17. I work face to face with clients in York, alongside offering online and telephone sessions. 鈥�

I am a psychodynamically trained counsellor with a focus on the here and now, working with current patterns of distress and relational difficulties rather than solely on early experiences. I offer both short-term and open-ended work, depending on you鈥�

Counselling offers a space to be truly listened to, reflect on your life, and make changes where need be, in the company of someone trained to tune in at depth.  Many questions or problems may bring you to counselling but I have a special interest in鈥�
