I work with clients who for whatever reason need time to think, and someone to think with.  I focus on the emotional life of my clients and on the relationship which develops between me and them. I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and so I am able 鈥�

I offer fifty minute counselling sessions or in some cases longer for specific CBT interventions as required. Sessions can be at a frequency that suits you and your budget, can be in person, online on Zoom or Teams or on the telephone or a mix of the鈥�
