After a decade of researching consciousness as a neuroscientist, and a successful academic career, my own personal journey led me into the therapy room first as a client and eventually as a therapist. I have experienced myself and also witnessed in m鈥�

I work integratively, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. This allows therapy to be tailored to you and to what feels most helpful at different stages of 鈥�
