As a therapist, I work with adult individuals and couples, supporting people to explore their experiences in a collaborative, confidential, and non-judgmental space. It鈥檚 common to experience emotional and psychological challenges such as anxiety, de鈥�

On initially meeting with a client the first thing I do is to ask them to help me to understand what is upsetting and distressing them and how it is impacting on their life.  This aids me to make a clear assessment in finding a bespoke treatment plan鈥�
