I鈥檓 a humanistic psychotherapist and counsellor based in East London, working with adults in person and online. I came to this work through my own experience of severe anxiety and depression in my twenties - discovering how much it mattered to have s鈥�

 I offer a calm, grounded space to slow down, explore what鈥檚 happening beneath the surface, and begin to heal. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, drawing from parts work, inner child exploration, somatic awareness, and creative therapy. I鈥�
