I am a person centred therapist.

Life gives us a lot of opportunities to learn to cope with our problems. But it doesn鈥檛 give us a lot of opportunities to genuinely try and heal from them. I can鈥檛 claim to have the answer to every problem, but I want to take an approach to mental he鈥�

I have been practicing as a Counseling Psychotherapist with over 40 years of experience offering Counseling, Coaching, Psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I especially enjoy working with ADHD Couples when one or both partners are wanting insig鈥�
