I offer sessions using an online method that we have agreed between us or we can conduct the session on the telephone. I can also meet you for walking and talking sessions if you are quite local.  I will work with you, on a 1 to 1 basis, confidential鈥�

Who I work with I am an adult integrative counsellor and coach, also qualified to work with children aged 11-18 years. How I work I offer you a non-judgmental space where you can explore all aspects of your life, past and present, with empathy and un鈥�

I am currently only offering online EMDR therapy and counselling for London clients.  Working online is highly effective - and in some cases more comfortable than face to face work.    It offers greater flexibility, you can access from home or a comf鈥�
