I鈥檓 an accredited counsellor based in Ramsbottom, Bury, with over 18 years of experience supporting adults with anxiety, grief, overwhelm and difficult life changes. I work with people who feel stuck, exhausted, or unable to cope  even if from the ou鈥�

My therapy approach is compassionate, grounded and collaborative 鈥� I鈥檓 really not a 鈥渟it silently & nod鈥� therapist 鈥� I work alongside you in a real human way.  You don鈥檛 have to have it all figured out - we can start exactly where you are right now. 鈥�

I am a fully qualified Relate trained counsellor. Relate are the UK鈥檚 largest provider of professional relationship support. I did my original training in 2005 and have been working as a counsellor for over 18 years. I now run my own private practice鈥�
