I am based in the NR6, Hellesdon area of Norwich and specialise in helping YOU find a way through the many feelings of loss you may be experiencing, whether that鈥檚 through bereavement, relationships difficulties, or the overwhelm of just feeling lost鈥�

I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist working with adults and young adults on a wide range of issues and offering both short and long term therapy.  This may be in person, via secure video link or by 'phone. I am also available for EAP w鈥�

I work psychodynamically, offering a supportive and reflective space where we can explore what may be going on for you, including how past experiences and relationships might be influencing the present. Psychodynamic counselling focuses on understand鈥�

I support women who have survived childhood sexual abuse, neglect, and rape to process trauma and reclaim their lives. Trauma can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down by fear, sadness, or self-doubt. Relationships, trust, and 鈥�

I offer face-to-face, as well as telephone or online sessions via Teams. I am able to help with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma and neurodiversity. My work is routed in psychodynamic practice, which means we think about the influence of the past 鈥�

I am a qualified and registered Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (M糖心官网).  I work with adults (18+) of all backgrounds from a bright, private room in Archway, North London.  I offer a sliding scale of fees between £70 and £85 according to what鈥�

I have over 20 years experience of working in health social care industry. I am a BA (Hons) level 6 qualified humanistic person-centred counsellor, I gained my degree at Chichester university.  I have trained and have experience  in blended work, wor鈥�
