Hi, I am Jackie; a fully qualified Integrative Person Centred Counsellor and CBT Therapist based on the Wirral.  Taking the initial step into counselling is an opportunity for you to explore if you want to feel differently, bring about change, unders鈥�

I am anglo Argentinean and am fluent in English and Spanish from birth. Are you ready for change? We cannot change people, we can only change ourselves, and in so doing, people start changing around us. I strongly believe that positive relationships 鈥�

I strongly believe we all have the ability within us to get through difficult times and reach our full potential. However I also believe we often need help to do that, and that's okay. That's where a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship i鈥�

Does life feel more like survival than living? Maybe it feels as though the mind never really switches off. Slowing down can be hard, and rest does not always come easily. Are you trying to keep going because life demands it, paying the bills, gettin鈥�

I work with people facing a wide range of difficulties 鈥� depression, anxiety, loss and grief, addiction, bad habits, relationship difficulties, and the quieter sense that life simply isn鈥檛 working as it should. I believe we all have internal resource鈥�

My Therapeutic Approach. I am trained as an 鈥渋ntegrative鈥� counsellor, which means that I draw on more than one type of counselling approach and combine them. I work with person-centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Attachment approaches to鈥�

Please note that I am currently at capacity and operating a waiting list. I may also be slow to respond due to the number of enquiries. Sometimes we may feel so low that we lose hope, but a therapy professional like myself will enable you to find sol鈥�

About me I work with clients who may be suffering with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem or trauma for a variety of reasons. During our initial sessions, we will explore the issues at hand and get a better understanding how this interferes with yo鈥�
