I have over 25 years experience as a therapist and supervisor.  I offer one to one brief or long term therapeutic support. I am dedicated to my work and my clients, trying to help them to move forward and effect any changes which will improve their l鈥�

The modalities I am trained in are person centred, cognitive behavioural therapy and psychodynamic. Normally I work integratively using bits of all 3 as and when I feel they are most useful to clients.  I am happy to work on a short or long term basi鈥�
