I am a warm person offering a space to unpack life鈥檚 challenges and troubles. I work on an open-ended basis or for a fixed period of time. I offer face-to-face sessions in Headingley, Leeds and online, with appointments generally being weekly or fort鈥�

As a psychotherapist and counsellor, I work with people who want to overcome depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, trauma, and other types of emotional pain. I am here to help you explore and process your experiences so you can get unstuc鈥�
