Hello, my name is Jan and welcome. I provide counselling and psychotherapy to young people (aged 12 and above), adults, and couples. There are many reasons why someone might seek therapy. You may feel stuck, sad, or overwhelmed. Perhaps you are strug鈥�

Finding a counsellor you feel comfortable with and able to talk to is extremely important. I work with my clients in a way which provides them with a space they can rely upon for safety, care and respect. This allows them to explore their difficultie鈥�
