I offer a relaxed, calm space where you can explore whatever is troubling you. The sessions will be time that is just for you, away from daily life. A space to escape and time to focus on how you are feeling. I work in a person-centred way, which jus鈥�

Counselling and counselling supervision take place online and by telephone. Face to face meetings are no longer available. As an integrative counsellor I combine theoretical approaches .... Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused, Mindfulness鈥�

I work primarily in an integrative trauma informed way with a strong base in CBT and transactional analysis .

I work with psychological, emotional and relationship problems and addictions. My outlook is holistic and aims at building confidence. My desire is to help each of my clients overcome their suffering and fulfil their unique potential.
