I have 20 years experience working in the field of mental health and counselling. Originally training as a teacher, I then qualified as a social worker which led me to be interested in the reasons behind relationship and family difficulties. Qualifyi鈥�

My experience, advanced qualifications and research into anxiety disorders allow me to provide you with a full biological explanation of not just the physiological symptoms of anxiety and OCD but also the explanation of unwanted intrusive thoughts a鈥�
