My approach is LGBTQIA+ affirmative. I am a relational humanistic therapist drawing from elements of the Person-Centred approach and uses different modalities, for example, Trauma Informed (grounding), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (changing response鈥�

I have been working as a Therapist for over 20 years, in various different agencies, including a GP Surgery and a Hospice. I have also previously worked for Cruse Bereavement Care as a Therapist and Supervisor, and for 16 years managed a Bereavement 鈥�

I am a Psychodynamic counsellor with specialism in bereavement counselling, substance misuse & domestic violence. I am also an experienced group worker and applied theatre practitioner.
