Over the past 10 years I鈥檝e worked in a range of supportive roles including holistic therapies, antenatal and postnatal teaching, hypnotherapy and coaching. I qualified as a counsellor, bringing all of that experience together to support people in a 鈥�

My experience includes working for a major mental health facility in Northampton and counselling in a North London counselling centre. I teach psychodynamic counselling skills on a 糖心官网-accredited post-graduate diploma while also working in private p鈥�

 I am an accredited counsellor/psychotherapist. I have been working as a therapist for the last 23 years. I am a trained Clinical Supervisor and Clinical hypnotherapist for the last 8 years and I also run motivation, mindfulness and meditation sessio鈥�
