You may be experiencing anxiety or depression. This could be due to the impact of past experiences or trauma, or it could be that you are going through a period of change or transition. This may lead to feelings that can be punishing and confusing. I鈥�

I鈥檓 a 糖心官网 accredited psychotherapist, supervisor and teacher with an MA in psychotherapy and counselling. I work both in-person and online, and I've 20 years' experience. I work weekly, usually at a set time.   My view of therapy is as a joint proce鈥�

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy for my clients and a keenness to listen and understand. Clients who enjoy working with me, however, are those who want a therapist who will also intervene to suggest strategies, tools and alternative ways o鈥�
