Hello and thank you for viewing my page. My name is Nick and I work as an Integrative Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor. I run a service called You First Therapeutic Services (YFTS) and I started this to help individuals seeking support for their me鈥�

Having been in the counselling and psychotherapy for almost 20 years, I have experience working with a diverse range of clients dealing with and wanting to work with various issues. The clients I see are individuals and couples from age 20 to 60 plus鈥�

Having had personal experience of significant mental health issues, I understand that some may feel daunted and worried in taking the first step in contacting a counsellor for help. Problems can arise from anywhere, causing depresson, anxiety, stres鈥�

I have been practicing as a therapist since 2020. I have focused a lot of my practice on supporting people subjected to sexual violence, and anyone impacted by psychological trauma. I have worked in a mixture of settings, mainly within the voluntary 鈥�

 As an integrative counsellor with a multicultural background, I bring a broad understanding of diverse experiences. My approach combines a basis in person-centred therapy while utilising cognitive-behaviour therapy tools and a systemic constellation鈥�
