My practice as a therapist covers issues relating to extreme trauma and strong emotions and feeling that may be attached to your trauma.  I also cover areas such as health anxiety and social anxiety and depression, and other complex issues that may b鈥�

I fit the therapy to meet individual client needs. I work collaboratively with my client's to set achievable goals. I like to work with clients that are motivated to make changes, and I support them to do so. 

My style of counselling is warm, down-to-earth and rooted in the person-centred approach.  I also use Internal Family Systems (IFS) with people who are interested in that method.  I offer counselling online or by telephone, and IFS sessions online.  鈥�
