I am an integrative psychotherapist and my practice is based on the theories of Gestalt Psychotherapy and Systemic Family Constellations.   I draw on these, my own life experiences, my skills and my knowledge to respond to the needs of each client.  鈥�

My first training was 鈥楶erson Centred鈥� therapy which places emphasis on providing a safe, empathic, non-judgemental space. Over the years I have studied trauma and come to specialise in Complex PTSD using EMDR and more recently the Internal Family Sy鈥�

I am a senior accredited counsellor. I believe each person is individual and tailor therapy to match your individual needs. Concessions available for student counsellors, My practice is near Farnborough College of Technology. I also supervise traine鈥�
